Today, Gabriel Store's competition ended. I have already wrote my article, I was going to add winner's photo... But all that effort was useless, because I've never thought such an unfair situation. The theme of the competition was... just styling a Gabriel product. Both photography and styling was going to be rated. Thats why the results suprised me. I was also in the competition, that was my first experience as a photo contest. I’ve already won, thanks to gia, I have many hair now. Then I’ve find out a friend who was making great animations. Then I’ve found out a good photographer friend and we decided to open a studio!
You see, I don’t write all those things just because I lost.. I’m uncomfortable because to not to see the unfair situation we supposed to be stupid. At the end of the results happened a discussion but Gabriel just wrote a couple of lines in Japanesse and he left. He didn’t answered the question as ‘since he is not wearing anything how he can win a styling contest??’ or ‘with a BW photo how can he win a contest?’.
The owner was Japanesse, and the models and the visitors, customers so… They were talking in japanesse in the local chat no one bothers to answer in english… and we were such a big ‘nothing’ there :P
Here I’m publishing the photos. People who doesn’t intrested in styling would see the unfair results. On the photo which is on the left is the winner. The winner is the first photo, good but not enough, there were better stylings and photos. Second one.. it doesn’t make any sense to me. He is second runner up with a BW photo.. intresting.. Good photo and no styling as the 3rd photo. With photography he supposed to be 1st runner up but no styling just wore the outfit.. 4th worth to puke on it. Her hairs lost on the outfit, she is wearing just a full outfit there is no styling there is even no bag.. As a photo doesn’t make sense. 5th was a favorite of me. Comparing the winners he is good…
And the 6th photo was the most discussed. All he has from Gabriel is the trousers, anyone can see the trousers? Noo?.. This is a styling contest and all we see piercings and tatoos. And photo is with a cheap effect! 7th photo good styling but a bad photo… 8th is a different one but as a styling contest we supposed to see the design, on the big photo you can notice his hacket in cut with the trousers. It is not necessary to talk on 9th photo… BW, no styling, bad photo.. 10th photo is a bad coppy cat. Because she made the photo without bag, when i said ‘there is no complate styling without bag’ she put the photo with a bag. Her hair also look like me. She is rated but not me… 11st photo I really like.. But her earrings and necklace doesn’t make sense. No Styling again.. the last one was one of my fav. I like the styling. She is on the last place.. thats so bad.

You can see all the photos ’here’. Just go there to look for a real styling.. Some photos even not edited, you can see finger coming out the collar prims, Hair prims in the shoulders. Before the results, I thought and talk to some friends that ‘this contest can be one of the contest that it’s winner already decided and he others for just to gain Money and make advert.’ and I see unfortunately I was right. Everyone had to buy a product from Gabriel, people also paid to photographers. But the First runner up is a friend of them from their sector. So the winner was already decided before the contest.. That is a disgrace of Gabriel. After I see 6th photo, I thought ‘what the hell I’m doing here’. Tht is really disgrace to publish those photos as the winners…
